Show opens from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm September 13th & 14th 2008
Set up time is from 2pm - 7pm Friday 12th September or Saturday 13th September from 8.00 am until 9.30 am.
Please ensure your table is set up by this time. Pack up time is 4.00 pm - no earlier please.
Security Guards are on Partol every night from 7.00pm Friday 12th September.
Cost per 6' trade table is $100.00 for both days. Our venue costs have been subsidised and we are passing
this onto you. Full payment must be received with a signed application form to secure your table.
This cost includes table covers and 2 chairs per table.
No extra tables allowed and due to the nature of the venue we request that no additional merchandise be placed
on the floor around tables.
Your payment will be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to 31 July 2007.
Your table location will be given to you at setup.
The Oasis Shopping centre provides easy unloading via the car park. There is plenty of free onsite parking available.

The more we can promote the event the more successful the event will be for you. Maximise your exposure by
letting people know you will trade at the show.
